Dr Yong Ren
Orthopaedic Specialist
Dr Yong Ren is an orthopaedic surgeon with over 15 years of experience in treating joint, spine, and fracture conditions. He completed his subspecialty training in pelvic and spinal surgery at Inselspital, Bern (Switzerland). He later returned to Singapore as Head of the Orthopaedic Trauma team at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and served as an Assistant Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
At The Orthopaedic & Pain Practice, Dr Yong focuses on minimally invasive hip, knee, spine, and fracture surgery, focusing on safe and careful surgical techniques with patient-centred care. He has managed a wide range of trauma cases and mentored junior surgeons.
Supported by a Bahasa-speaking team, he ensures clear communication and personalised guidance for Indonesian patients throughout their treatment journey in Singapore.
